1. Acceptable Use and Service Description

QueryEdge provides a free, client-side, web-based log analysis application running WebAssembly and DuckDB-Wasm in your browser. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the application for lawful personal, educational, and professional data parsing purposes.

2. User Responsibility and Data Control

Because QueryEdge processes all data 100% locally in your browser memory, you retain total ownership, control, and sole responsibility for all files, logs, SQL queries, and outputs processed through the application. QueryEdge never receives, backs up, or stores your datasets.

3. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL QUERYEDGE, ITS CREATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR SYSTEM DOWNTIME) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

4. Intellectual Property

The QueryEdge name, logo, custom user interfaces, visual design system, and underlying integration code are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not duplicate, reverse engineer, or re-brand the application without explicit permission.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of QueryEdge at any time without prior notice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard legal practices, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
